Come relax in this cozy bungalow on beautiful Lake Jordan ( Holtville side) and only thirty minutes from Montgomery . Whether you are looking for a great fishing vacation, fun with family, or just want a great place to relax; this is the place for you!

This cabin features two bedrooms with full bed in one and Queen bed in other bedroom, bathroom ( shower only) , washer and dryer, equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Extra sleeping is provided in gathering room with a queen size pull out sofa. Gather in the large gathering area with windows galore with lake views. Off the living room is a quaint sunroom for you to enjoy your morning coffee or just sit on the deck at night enjoying the outdoors. It is fully equipped with all of your daily living needs and is located within one mile of a grocery store.



It has a large yard with almost 300 feet of waterfront! Bring your own personal water sports equipment. Want to bring your boat? There is a public boat ramp within a mile for your convenience!

Please come stay at the Barefoot Bungalow and sit back and truly relax and enjoy small town American living on Lake Jordon.

This was the perfect place for what we needed. We brought our bloodhound and teen kids, the place was a perfect fit for a small family vacation. Even the hound was at ease and comfortable. The kids barely got out to the lake, we grilled steaks, sat around the fire pit, and just thoroughly enjoyed the peace. It felt like we stepped back in time while not losing the modern qualities. We will be back for sure to stay in the same house as it already holds so many memories in just a two night stay.

Perfect place for your mind and soul reset!

I am so happy to have found Barefoot Bungalow! It is a lovely place in a beautiful and peaceful setting. You cannot help but to be relaxed from the minute you arrive. My family, including our fur baby, had an absolutely wonderful time. We did not want to leave, and we will be back.

Quiet and relaxing

House was clean, cozy and inviting and the view is great. We traveled to Wetumka for the wildlife arts festival and the peacefulness of this cottage was what we were looking for.

Wonderful home

This lake home is excellent. It is very clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The swimming area is excellent. Just what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic lakefront setting

Very nice location. Beautiful views and easy access to waterfront activities. The public boat landing is right across the cove from the house. Great deep water dock to tie your boat to, swim from and lay in the sun. The owners are fantastic. We'll be back.

Absolutely Perfect

Absolutely perfect stay. Owner was great and responded quickly. Very convenient for anything that you want to do in Central Alabama. Cabin was cozy, fishing was excellent, and the views from the porch are amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

The Barefoot Bungalow was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway. Everything was so nice, its very convenient, beautiful furnishings. Views are amazing. We all loved sitting on the covered porch having our coffee, relaxing, and especially watching the sunsets. We will definitely be back!

This property is in an ideal location . It is on the Holtville side and less than 1 mile of Bonners fish camp where you can put your boat in and less than two miles to a local Grocery store. The bungalow is located on a beautiful area of the main lake
