Incredible Stay at a Breathtaking Location - Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Carlsbad lagoon property. The home is stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the lagoon access and amenities like the pool and kayaking, which made it feel like a true resort experience.The setting is peaceful and scenic, yet still close to everything Carlsbad has to offer. Most of all, the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming, which made the stay feel effortless from start to finish. This is one of those places you immediately want to come back to—we can’t recommend it highly enough.

This property needs to be looked at by vrbo & the many issues addressed. I have written 2 pages to staff & Omar w hardly a response, just wanting more info. Water exploded out of Master faucets, gushing onto floor, dishwasher duct taped & needs to be bolted, one bdrm sheets dirty upon arrival, 3rd. bedroom holey sheets that were wrong sz, drawers dirty, not stocked w necessary items in kitchen, curtains didn't close in 1 berm to block sunlight, some dishes on top shelf were wet & even had mold, 5 baskets had whatever(sheets towels blankets random) stuffed inside(who would go thru those) new towels but w labels on and unwashed, lights went out in bathroom(owners had to come). I've written many more in my emails

We followed up with the homeowner, who would like to share the following updates:- The plumbing issue was due to work being done in the unit above, and once reported, it was resolved within the hour through coordination with their maintenance team.- Our local team responded promptly to each concern, offering in-stay solutions and on-site support as needed.- Per your preference, we held off on certain replacements until after your departure, including installing a new dishwasher and refreshing linens and household essentials.- We’ve since strengthened our quality control process to help prevent similar concerns for future guests.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue delivering the 5-star stays we’re known for.

Relaxed getaway by the water

Decided to do a working remotely vacation in Carlsbad. Stumbled upon this place and the oceanfront view in addition to kayak access made it quite appealing. Boy, am I glad we booked this! First of all there are THREE bedrooms, too much room for us as two people.. Amenities were exactly what we needed and the place was clean. We enjoyed the dock access and walking around the water was ever-so relaxing. Prime location with easy access to the highway. Just a few minute drive to downtown Carlsbad, which had a much better food scene than we expected. Campfire is an absolute must. Lastly, and most importantly, the living room view is unreal. You get both the pool, jacuzzi, and waterfront. My SO is an avid bird enthusiast and spent HOURS in the living room looking at the various species
