Agnes Break is a modern 3BR, 2-bath townhouse just 400m from Agnes Water surf beach, cafés and the town centre.



Ideal for families or groups, it features two separate living areas, a spacious deck with outdoor dining and festoon lighting, plus a private sauna and outdoor rain shower for post-beach relaxation.



With all the comforts of home and complimentary surfboards, it’s an easy, laid-back coastal stay.



The Space:

Agnes Break is a well-designed two-level townhouse offering space, comfort and an easy coastal lifestyle, just a short 400m walk to Agnes Point surf break, cafés and shops.



Upstairs, the main living area is light, air-conditioned and open-plan, with a 65-inch smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen flowing onto the outdoor deck. The deck features a dining setting, barbecue, cosy lounge and festoon lighting — ideal for relaxed mornings or evenings.



This level also includes two king bedrooms with built-in robes and ceiling fans, along with a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.



Downstairs offers a more private retreat, with a queen bed in an open-plan space, a second lounge with smart TV, and direct access outdoors. This is where the standout features sit — a private sauna and outdoor rain shower, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A second bathroom and laundry complete the layout.



Set against a natural backdrop with rear access to the beachside path, Agnes Break is a relaxed and well-equipped base for families, groups or longer coastal stays.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all of its amenities during their stay.
