Summary:

Kiwi's Cottage is one of three Villas D’Amico family-owned apartments just one and a half blocks from the beach near Wildwood Crest. We are part of the Turtle Getaways collection of premier vacation properties.



The Space:

Kiwi's Cottage has two bedrooms and one full bath, dining area, a full kitchen, living room, WIFI, A/C, and heat. There is an outside private porch perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning and the cool breezes of summer evenings. There is a washer/dryer in a common area for guest to use during their stay. We are ideally located: 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, 3 blocks from the convention center, and a block to Duffer's and Marvis's Diner. The outside area has plenty of room for outdoor fun and dining complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Kiwi's Cottage can be rented together with Darcy's Beach House and PG's Bungalow for a shared vacation experience with friends and family. Your reservation includes linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart and an umbrella. We have a dedicated driveway for check in and check out. Street parking is free using the provided parking permit, one permit per apartment. Kiwi's Cottage is Pet friendly; please check our house rules for details.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with a unique door code prior to check-in. A parking permit will be available at check-in. In addition, the property manager, Denise, greets all our guests to acquaint them with the property.



The Neighborhood:

Family friendly residential neighborhood with direct access to beach and boardwalk, one and a half blocks from the beach at Wildwood Crest.



Getting Around:

Kiwi's Cottage is in walking distance to restaurants, amusements rides on the boardwalk, and to the beach. We are a short drive to Cape May and other shore communities.



Other Things to Note:

There is a $50 per pet per stay fee. If you have more than one pet a separate invoice will be issued.

Note: The reservation fee collected at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Alert: If you have any sensitivity to pet allergens please be aware that pets are regularly present in this home.

The Kiwi's cottage was ADORABLE, clean, and very affordable. Especially for being so close to the boardwalk! Denise was extremely friendly and responsive! We would absolutely stay here again! This was our 1.5 year old's first vacation and first time sleeping away from home, so we were very anxious about how he would do at night. The back bedroom with the fan running on the AC on low, and door closed for him worked out perfect! He slept great, and my husband and I were still able to stay up late and watch TV without waking him up!

Perfect family beach condo/cottage

Impressed right from the start. Property manager greeted us at the door and was very helpful and polite throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Very accommodating with beach toys, chairs, awnings and carts. Property was very clean, well furnished and decorated. Located very close to great restaurants, beach entrance and boardwalk entrance. All one block away. Highly recommend for a small family.

Week long Wildwood vacation

It was a little small for 5 adults. I would recommend 4 adults max. There were neighbors that stay in the room right next to this one. They stay there for 7 weeks every year and made it clear that they are superior, so that was disappointing, but it didn't affect our vacation. Other than that, the location was great, the property was clean. We felt safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly, which was amazing.

Can’t beat convenience

The location was great, both to the boardwalk and the great ice cream place less than 2 blocks away. The house suited our needs. It is basically a bungalow so would not select if more than 4 people. And it is on the older, vintage side of things. So no modern amenities. The property manager lives next door and was very pleasant.

We loved the house. It was just what we needed to relax at night. So many activities and beach in the area we weren’t at the house often. Safe location and walking distance to so many great places to eat, beach and Boardwalk!

So close to the beach!

My husband and our dog loved our stay. The location couldn’t be any better if you want to be near the beach. Great area for leisurely biking and running. The hosts were very friendly and let us use the beach chairs and umbrella! Very enjoyable place to vacation.

Great night at the beach

We had such a great time at Kiwi cottage! Checking in with Denise was super easy and the fact that parking was included was a huge help. Denise went above and beyond by lending us a beach cart so we could carry all our things down to the beach, beach towels, and even a tupperware container so we could bring fruit to the beach. The location of the cottage was perfect. It’s only a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. We met a couple of the neighbors who were all friendly and helpful. When we came back from the beach after having checked out, they even let us rinse the sand off with the hose in the driveway before we started our drive home. Overall a great visit and would love to come back!
