The Space:
The cottage features a comfortable living area, a small dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. The living room includes a fold-out sofa; please inform us if you require it, and we will provide extra linens. Step outside from the living room to a charming patio area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a refreshing drink in the afternoon sun. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment. This includes the master bedroom upstairs and the living room, which features a sofa bed. The full bathroom is also for your exclusive use. While the owners reside in the main dwelling approximately 20 meters away, the apartment remains separate. The driveway and parking area are shared.

The Neighborhood:
Black Cottage is situated on Sophia Street, a beautiful leafy residential street bordering the Rotorua Gold Club and just a short drive or ride to many attractions such as Te Puia, The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest and of course the CBD.

Getting Around:
Public transport is easily accessible from Black Cottage. Parking is available with free parking on the premises and street parking. Rotorua Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive away.
