Bel appartement dans endroit calme proche du lac

Notre appartement spacieux propose un hĂ©bergement parfait pour deux personnes. Il se situe au niveau infĂ©rieur de notre maison Ă  Whakamoenga Point, une communautĂ© privĂ©e Ă  10 km du centre de Taupo, et Ă  7 km de Acacia Bay. L'endroit est calme et verdoyant, et notre maison a une vue extensive sur le Lac Taupo d'oĂč on peut capter des couchers du soleil magnifiques. Il y a plein de possibilitĂ©s pour se dĂ©tendre: balades dans le parc, baignade, kayak, tennis, tout en respectant l'intimitĂ© des rĂ©sidents. Le parking est sur place, une terrasse privative donne accĂšs au salon avec sa petite cuisine Ă©quippĂ© de frigo/congĂ©lateur, rĂ©chaud, mciroonde et lave-vaisselle. La chambe, avec son grand lit, garderobe et meubles ouvre sur la terrasse et la salle de bain adjacent a un duo de lavabos, wc et espace douche carrelĂ©e. Le chauffage est sous-sol.
Ayant beaucoup voyagé nous sommes toujours contents de rencontrer des visiteurs venant de tous les coins du monde.

We were warmly welcomed by Lynne and Jim from the very first moment and felt completely at home. The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully furnished, with an absolutely stunning view over Lake Taupo. Waking up to this view was truly special.We especially appreciated Lynne’s thoughtful gesture of leaving breakfast items in the fridge for our first morning — such a kind and generous touch. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short, and we would love to return one day.Communication with Lynne was excellent, and her recommendations for excursions were fantastic.

Loved our stay!

Great location, close enough to town while a bit off the beaten path. Very friendly, hospitable hosts. Beautiful, well-appointed, clean, newly built space in a lovely setting with incredible views and soothing birdsong. Highly recommend!

This apartment is a true piece of paradise! The view on the lake is amazing and the furnishings is just super elegant and absolutely beautiful.There’s so much space and everything is brand new.Beside enjoying this wonderful location Lynne and Jim are the most loveliest landlords They made our stay even more special.We really enjoyed our time and we were so sad when we had to leave this lovely place.It’s definitely a 100% recommendation!If you visits Lake Taupƍ you cannot find a nice place to stay. We even had a great tenniscourt that we could use

Amazing Private Experience

Beautiful Appartment, Great View, Luxury Bathroom and Heating. Enjoyed great walks around the private residence and some awesome moments at the hotpools and waterfront dinners.

This apartment is amazing. Hot tub and stargazing with so little light pollution away from the city! This apartment is truly luxury, views to die for. You come here to disconnect. Taupƍ centre is only 15 mins away

Everything you need and more

Amazing place that I'd recommend! The bathroom and showers are a highlight (I rank a good bathroom high in search criteria). The beds are comfortable with incredible views to wake up to. Lots of amenities and thoughtful little touches e.g. good storage for clothes, basic ingredients in the kitchenette, extra tea towels in kitchen. And there's more! Lynne and her husband are great hosts, friendly with great communication and gave us a heads up anout restaurants being busy due to the iron man competition. Thanks for a great stay!

We are both New Zealanders and in the recent past owned and operated a B&B lodge near Taupo for 12 years. Now, in a new phase of life and at a new address, we are offering our self-catering apartment as accommodation. We live on site and are able to give you advice and make recommendations for things to see and do in the area. We love to travel and enjoy meeting fellow travelers. French is also spoken.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the views, the proximity to the lake and the peace and quiet of the area we now live in. The forest surroundings and the bird life are amazing. There is a sense of community here and a commitment to caring for the environment in our piece of paradise. This is perhaps the only community of its kind in New Zealand, where the land surrounding each constructible section is covenanted, the forest to remain intact.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment enjoys fabulous, uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains with close proximity to the lake. It is totally private with its own entrance, with no other properties visible. The property is above the lake with walking access via a few different pathways. Please note that there are steps down to the apartment which is on the lower level of our house.
