Welcome to this one-of-a-kind, architect-designed beach cottage, where modern creativity meets coastal charm. The owner, an architect, thoughtfully expanded the original cottage, seamlessly incorporating a stunning new addition that preserves the unique character of the original structure. With 27 opening windows strategically placed throughout, the design invites the salty coastal air to fill every room, allowing you to breathe in the natural beauty of Beach Point.

This charming cottage offers two cozy bedrooms: one with a double-sized sleeper sofa and the other with two twin beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. The full bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is conveniently located between the two bedrooms for easy access. Just a few steps up, you’ll find the elevated kitchen, dining, and living area, designed to capture breathtaking views of the Rosa Rugosa, the beach, and the water beyond. Pick up the boardwalk just outside the door which leads to the beach, just about 100 feet away!

The space is beautifully crafted with nautical-inspired details and personal touches throughout, creating an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with loved ones, lounging on the couch, or soaking in the views from the windows, this cottage invites you to unwind and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rustic cabin vibe. Could use updating.

Disappointed with the property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the property in the evening after hours. We attempted to open the lockbox with the code we were given for about 20 minutes, we tried a couple different combos, wondering if the numbers had gotten reversed. At which time we called found out that the office was closed, but there was someone available by text. The person responded promptly. However, they gave us the same code that was emailed to us and after about 20 minutes, realized that there was a different code to try, which then let us into the building. This was an extremely frustrating way to start the vacation. It is unfortunate that you didn’t provide us with the right code for the key lock box in the first placeWhen we did get in to the house, we were extremely disappointed at the condition of it. It was old, musty, and dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. In the morning when I reached to get a coffee cup, it was dirty in the cabinet, I.then put dishes, silverware, and mugs in the dishwasher that we could use for the couple days we were thereThere was an ancient TV in there. Not that that was our priority, but the couch was sandy, and there were spiderwebs in the corner of the kitchen table and in the living room area.The bathroom was renovated and had a decent shower that was clean and had good water pressure.Beds were uncomfortable and had dirty mattress pads on them. I did not want to even use the comforters. Luckily, you were told to bring our own sheets that was the only clean thing in the house.We left a day early because we didn’t want to stay the last night.We did see another cottage next to ours (#3) as it was being cleaned for the next tenant, which was much more fitting with our expectations. It was clean and beautiful with plenty of inviting indoor and outdoor places to spend some time. This is what we expected of Berkshire Hathaway/Robert Paul properties. But not what we had in our rental property. I would be hesitant to rent from your co
