The house has 3 bedrooms furnished with a Queen bed and two double beds. The living room has a split system Air conditioner for heating and cooling. Each of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room has a 65inch Smart TV where you can sign into your own streaming services if you like. Fast Streaming WIFI is included. The fully appointed kitchen includes a large European Gas stove and oven if you happen to be a MasterChef.

Guest will have access to the entire property. There is enough space in the back yard for a game of handball and for the kids to run around.

Guests will have the whole house for their private use during their stay.

Please note that there is no dishwasher and no clothes dryer. A Washing machine has been provided and a clothesline.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDEBOOKS

Our check-in instructions will be sent 11am the day before your stay. It will include detailed instructions and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible, at a minimum, the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 11 am, an extra night's fee may be levied and must be paid before we can commit to the extended check out time. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.
