McNiffityville is a step back in time to mid-century. Fun and eclectic! You will love the open concept kitchen/living, large picture windows and the covered back patio.
This home offers:
-2 Well Behaved Dogs allowed

-15 minutes to the all natural snow at Monarch Mountain
-Minutes to gold water fishing on the Arkansas River
*Note- this home does not have Air Conditioning

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Awesome house to stay with a group. Very fun modern feel with an excellent backyard for relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked and very open. Ride your bike on a trail to downtown Salida across the street. Very close to Soul Craft and Salida Distillery. Will look to stay here again!

Excellent stay!

We had an amazing all-around experience! The place is beautiful and in a great location. We LOVED hanging out on the gorgeous back patio. Would highly recommend this place to anyone headed to Salida!!!

Awesome mid century home!

We had a great stay- the home is tasteful, updated and clean. We skied at Monarch and enjoyed dinner in downtown Salida. It really was a perfect weekend and the location was superb.

McNiftyville is a fantastic choice

Clean, excellent kitchen and supplies, warm and cozy! We highly recommend staying here. We drove to Monarch to ski everyday, piece of cake.

We enjoyed cooking and playing the many available games while visiting family. Near hot springs, day trip to sand dunes and skiing a monarch. Would book again

Beautiful back yard and a short drive to downtown

Beautiful, recently renovated property. The back yard and patio are stunning, we spent a good amount of time just sitting, reading, and enjoying the atmosphere. Short drive to walmart, dining options, and downtown Salida.

Very Relaxing and Peaceful

Everything about this home was immaculate. It was spot clean and welcoming. Enough parking area for three vehicles or more. The outdoir space in the backyard was nice. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Salida. We celebrate my dad 70s birthday. we truly enjoy the home and the location is very close to downtown. Great views!

Great property

This is a great property- one of the best we have stayed at in the area. We enjoy being very close to downtown Salida, generally, but the house and yard are absolutely wonderful and you won’t find anything this great in town. It’s a trade off but quite worth it. We’ll absolutely be back.

40th Birthday Celebration

We stayed at this property while in Salida for a friend's 40th birthday. It was incredible. The purple sage in the front garden smelled amazing, the kitchen is fully stocked with nice cookware and sharp knives (!!!), the beds were comfortable, and the back patio is knock-your-socks-off good.

We loved the house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative thing was they did not have shampoo and conditioner. They had an all in one body wash. But everything else was wonderful.

McNiffty Spring Break!

We had a great time at this house! The furniture inside supports a nice Mid-century look which works well for the renovation style. Lovely back patio with plenty of space. Nice fenced back yard for the dogs to safely romp. No real road noise concerns, even for the room in front of the house. We would definitely rent this house again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and living area is fabulous. We are envious of the remodel. The rest of the house has 50's charm, which we enjoyed. The close proximity to a major street is a bummer, but the property is also a short drive to "downtown." Also, the backyard looks like it's in the process of a remodel, but it's a good size for dogs. Overall, I'd recommend this property.

Love the mid-century modern style and the fantastic back yard

House was perfect. I love the mid-century modern design. Kitchen was great, open to the dinning room and the living room. Front of house has lots of parking, I was able to keep my motorcycle in the garage which was nice. The back yard is the real gem though. A fantastic garden lots of seating, large covered patio, views of the mountains. Host was also great. They were very efficient with check-in/out. They automatically text you if early check-in is available which is a nice touch. The reached out via text to verify that everything was working. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house and yard

The house and yard were great. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as an outdoor grill and extra propane tank. The large driveway was nice for parking multiple vehicles, and only a short drive away from downtown Salida and nearby recreation areas. I was a bit worried there would be noise from Highway 50, but the house was pretty quiet.
