Parking is limited to 2 passes per reservation. This is a non-smoking property. You must be 25 years of age to reserve this condo.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
Compass Point is one of the few condominium complexes in Gulf Shores that allows owners to have pet-friendly rentals. In order to maintain this policy it is imperative that all renters with pets strictly abide by the condominium's pet rules: 1. Pets must be on a leash at all times except when confined to private units or vehicles. 2. Pets are not allowed on the lagoon sides of the building at any time. 3. Pets must be taken off Compass Point property to relieve themselves. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of their pet's waste. 4. All pets must be registered with the property managers.
Compass Point has a zero-tolerance policy. Any pet owner who violates this policy will be subject to the following penalties: 1. First offense: $25 fine 2. Second offense: $50 fine 3. Third offense: $100 fine
Only one (1) dog is allowed per pet-friendly property. Dog cannot be larger than 30 pounds. Some breed restrictions apply. Please contact our office at 251-968-7158 for breed restriction details.

It was a nice stay. It was under construction but that wasn’t the issue for us. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars for us (family of 5) is because the simple necessities weren’t there or there wasn’t near enough for even a weeks stay. Toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, trash bags…

Great Spring Break Stay!
This property had many of the items we were looking for. Very nice views and, an outdoor pool, the condo was big and open. The indoor pool was closed, that was ok with us and it was disclosed in the listing.We had a problem with the major structural work happening to the property at the time of our stay. It was very noisy during the day (both inside and outside) of the property. The main issue to me is that it was not disclosed anywhere on VRBO's or Young Suncoast's website. Had it been disclosed, we could have chosen a different place to stay. The property manager was very good about moving us to another property for the inconvenience. Next time I will inquire first about construction projects happening at the property. Overall a good stay.
