Our property is located within a larger resort community, and while guests have access to its amenities, those services—including golf operations, transportation, dining, and pricing—are managed entirely by the resort, not by individual homeowners or hosts. That said, we understand how these experiences can impact an overall stay and want future guests to be well-informed. Golf course availability can occasionally change due to weather or course conditions, sometimes with little notice. We always recommend confirming tee times directly with the resort on the day of play and, when possible, having backup options. Additionally, certain courses may have “member days” or dynamic pricing structures that are set by the resort; guests are encouraged to ask about applicable rates in advance to avoid surprises. Transportation within and around the resort can also be limited, particularly during busy periods. We strongly suggest arranging transportation ahead of time or renting a vehicle to ensure flexibility, especially for off-property dining or scheduled reservations. Regarding dining and beverage service, prices at resort restaurants can vary significantly, and it’s always a good idea to confirm pricing before ordering—particularly for premium items like champagne.
