Beautiful luxurious 2 bedroom suit aprox.. 725 sq. feet with an excellent location surrounded by the Rocky Mountains, just 5 minutes from Banff National Park! This well equipped condo comes with a king bedroom with ensuite washroom and a TV, a second queen bedroom, a pullout queen sofa, a luxurious main washroom with a jetted tub, a 2nd 50 inch Samsung smart TV in the living room, a gas fireplace, central air conditioning, 5 appliances, balcony with a BBQ, and a free dedicated heated underground parking spot. The location is excellent, walking distance to shops, and with amazing amenities in the building which include the Grande Kitchen and Bar, an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, and a gym. Come and explore all that Canmore, and the UNESCO heritage Banff National Park has to offer!

The Host was amazing!! responded and dealt with any issues right away! the room was very nice and clean, the hotel it is in is very nice as well would definitely say here again, the only issue is you are located on the 2nd floor and the gym is located on the third floor, you can hear the weights hit the floor and even here the people walking around, other then that it was a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to stay here !

Lovely room, it was clean and very reasonably priced. The jetted tub was amazing after a weekend with the family to relax and take sometime for myself. The location was fantastic as it is a short walk to the highstreet, with the pool area on site.

Accomodation was clean other than under furniture. Good access to things in town. Appreciated having the washer/dryer, especially given then pool. Pool is great, fairly warm for the kids. Condo is fairly small but much better than a hotel and contained what we needed. Has a tub and a shower, which is nice. No view of mountains but listing accurately shows the balcony view so we knew that when booking. Overall very satisfied.

Beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The jetted tub was a nice surprise. And the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is of the hot tub (and only the hot tub, no mountains in sight) which did allow us to know when the pool was busy or not but the noise from the pool did carry. We had a sound machine so we could drowned out the noise but if you didn’t have one and went to bed early it might be an issue. The building’s wayfinding was a bit complicated. The closest elevator was broken and it took us forever to find the other. The assigned parking stall was so far away from the unit. And luggage carts were not available to us. Moving in and out became a bit of an Olympic sport. None of these issues are in the Hosts control but something to consider.

The condo was clean and was equipped with everything you would need on your trip. I was impressed that there were fans if you needed them. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, cream. The towels and bedding were clean. The beds were comfortable. You get a designated parking spot in the underground parking garage so you are always guaranteed a spot. This is a nice touch because everywhere in Canmore and Banff you have to pay to park and it is not cheap. I would recommend this unit. We were very impressed. I would stay here again.

The host was very responsive, which was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience disappointing. The kiddie pool was closed for our entire trip despite staff repeatedly saying it would reopen, and the remaining pools were so overcrowded—due to guests from other hotels being allowed in—that it felt unsafe and not worth the resort cost. The main elevator (#1) was also down for our whole stay, making it difficult to haul everything for five people to the far-side elevator every time we came and went.The suite lacked essentials: only a few paper towel sheets, almost no tin foil, no scissors, and no kid-friendly dishes. Some utensils trapped water in their handles which is a hygiene concern, the coffee pot had old coffee left in it, and the non-stick pans were frustrating to use and clean. Cleanliness was below expectations: we found other people’s hair in the sheets and face cloths, mould in the top of the steam shower and red mildew at the bottom (which didn’t function at all so dont get excited at the body sprays), and the washing machine gasket had rusty earrings, gum wrappers, and a large hairball inside. The tops of the washer and dryer were also very dusty. Overall, great communication from the host, but the conditions and amenities were far from what we hoped for.I would have only left 2 stars, but Jonathan was very responsive so a reluctant 3 stars is where I am landing.
