Welcome to Salt Ayres, a new FULLY AIRCONDITIONED single-level home blending coastal charm & modern finishes. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday or getaway with friends.

Featuring three spacious ground floor bedrooms, each equipped with Air-conditioners, fans, built-in wardrobes, smart TV's and ample space for Queen-size beds, this home is perfect for relaxation. The loft offers a versatile space that has 6 built in single beds, air-conditioning, Smart TV with PS4 and many games—ideal for fun sleepovers or as a place for the kids to hang out.

Outside the fully fenced yard features, mini golf, a Ninja playset, firepit for those starry nights, a sneaky garden bathroom, plus your very own magnesium pool to cool off in, all completely secured with 1.8m timber fencing, irrigated turf, and beautiful landscaping. The fully furnished, expansive entertaining area, complete with huge 6 burner BBQ, a top-of-the-line double bar fridge, fans, poker table and tv is ideal for watching the game or playing a game while enjoying our lovely summer nights.

The open-plan design showcases a crisp, all-white modern aesthetic, set back from the hustle and bustle while boasting breathtaking mountain views, all within walking distance to the beach. Come visit this slice of paradise!

Perfect for a family getaway

We had 4 generations from 2 years to 82 years to celebrate Mum's 80th Birthday. It was a perfect space with facilities for all ages.
