Beautiful Place on the coast but not what I expected. They need to be much clearer about the A frames and let people know they are no more than a Tent

Beautiful view, it was nice not dealing with a tent.A sleeping pad is provided and plenty of seating along with tables. Fire pits at every campground. Portable toilets that appear to be cleaned every week. I did not explore the shower or attached bathroom.I do recommend a fan for airflow in the A frame

I would recommend the VRBO description be corrected: it says two twin beds and it isn't until I received the email with information about accessing the property that the bed description is clarified that it is two yoga type mats on the floor. Luckily we had our camping pads! We were out of WiFi and occasional cell service driving in some remote areas before our arrival date so we didn't have access to the property gate information and my friend arrived before I did. Although I had a phone number for the property and my friend had to call, they seemed annoyed that we did and I texted the owner twice before we arrived with no reply so it was unfair they were annoyed with us. The email description was very thorough! After smoothing that over, the property is gorgeous and the beach front AFrames with window view of the bay was amazing. Had a great bonfire. Didn't use the showers. The patio area is roomy with a nice big picnic table and Adirondack chairs. We will be back

Pleasant stay!

My wife and my dog had an excellent time staying in the A frame cabin. The picture window faced the water and we got to watch the sunset into the ocean while staying warm by the fire. We were lulled to sleep by the waves crashing and when we woke up my wife got to explore some of the tide pools and saw a lot of awesome ocean life. Highly recommend staying here!!

The A frame itself was clean, but there was a lot of debris (maybe from fireworks?) down near the boat ramp. There were two other A frames fairly close to where I stayed, and I was hoping for a bit more privacy. However, the sound of the waves completely drowned out any noises, so it felt more private than it actually was. The A frame was well built and held out the rain through a doozy of a thunderstorm, although the door didn’t seal well and let in the cool breeze. Overall, I thought the price was bit high for what I got, but it was still a lovely stay. The foggy view ones evening were lovely and sunset views the next evening were incredible, so I don’t regret the splurge. Unfortunately, I didn’t get photos of the A frame itself, but I will attach some of the views on the property.

Excellent location on the beach. Perfect spot for the summer. Door was not sealed so the cold air was blowing through the large gaps in the door frame. Extremely pricey for what it is.
