• Parking: Private double-car garage (7'7” clearance) + driveway + 1 visitor pass
• Pet Policy: 2 dogs welcome with a $30 + tax fee per night, per pet. Two dog bowls and a dog blanket provided.

• Extra guest fee: $50/night per person
• Baby gear rentals: Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates, etc. available to rent for nightly fee. Subject to availability.
• Note: This home only has a potable AC in the main living area. One fan per bedroom is provided. Compensation or refunds not provided for warm temperatures.

Great property and very well managed! Highly recommend for families travelling with pets. Met all our needs (family of 4 with 2 teens). Offers private space and shared space to enjoy as a family. Quiet neighbourhood. We stayed late summer/early fall, easy access for mountain biking, paddle boarding and hiking. Large garage to store gear.

A really GREAT property for a group of 8 with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths (on 3 floors). Good space for group meals and watching movies and the hot tub is a hit! Nice to have a garage space and SO Great to have a garbage room in the complex and not need to make the Function Junction stop! Property management was easy to work with, responsive and accommodating of our requests. Especially wonderful if you have pets to bring! Would be great for ski season - ski in/out nearby but must have a good tires as it is up up up hill! A couple of things to note:-The outdoor balcony space is a bit tight to fit 8 people -The BBQ referenced in the listing is a small portable BBQ with a propane tank hook up (like for picnics) NOT a stand alone BBQ for a house.-There was one portable A/C unit in the main living space, but could use some fans in the upper bedrooms for summer.-The 'not so visible' areas could use with a bit of a good clean out (eg the pantry/storage closet had a lot of dustballs and hair on the ground, as did the front closet). Overall though the rooms and kitchen and bathrooms were nicely well cleaned.Definitely recommend the rental!

Fantastic visit for a family to explore adventurous Whistler. We happened to visit the hottest time of year and there was no AC. Over 80deg at night and hard to sleep. Also they are doing remodeling next door at it was very loud by 7:30 am. These critics are circumstantial, but the condo and location were fantastic. We would recommend this place and we would return for another booking.

The home was nice and well stocked. The private hot tub and heated garage were great additions. The management company Aloha Whistler was great with their communication. The shuttle doesn’t run to this location, but the village was just a short drive away. I wouldn’t consider this a true ski-in/ski-out property unless you’re a very experienced skier. The trail next to the home is a black diamond run .Only one person in our group was that experianced. And since there was no access to the shuttles it was a bit inconvenient having to drop off and pick up everyone each day.
