Experience mountain luxury in the heart of Frisco! This stunning 2,500 sq. ft. mountain modern home is perfectly located just a few blocks from Main Street, where you'll find top-rated restaurants, lively bars, boutique shops, and year-round activities.

The home features a rooftop deck with private hot tub, gas fireplace, and panoramic views that will leave you speechless!

The main living area boasts an open family room with a cozy fireplace, and a fully stocked, spacious kitchen that seats 10.

The house provides 2 master suites with king beds. The main floor hosts one master suite for those with limited mobility. A second master suite is on the second floor along with a bunk room that has a double and twin bed.

The basement transforms into a 4th sleeping area, and sleeps an additional 3 people with a daybed, trundle, and roll-away.

All bedrooms/sleeping areas have their own full bathrooms for added privacy.

The house has quick, easy access to numerous ski areas including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail. Bus services to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge are accessed on Main Street, a few blocks from the house.

Several trailheads, including Mount Royal and Rainbow Lake, as well as the bike path that connects Vail to Breckenridge, can all be accessed on foot within minutes.

Frisco Bay Marina is also short walk away, and is a gem for water sport enthusiasts! It offers a swim beach, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing. You can also rent gear if needed, or dine at the Island Grill, which features fantastic views of Lake Dillon!

Whether you're soaking in the rooftop hot tub under the stars, gathering around the fireplace after a day on the slopes, or exploring charming Main Street, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

You'll fall in love with this mountain retreat - it's gorgeous, centrally located, and captures everything Summit County has to offer!

Please note that you must be 25 or older to book.

In addition, all bedding and linens are changed between guests. The housekeeping check-list meets or exceeds CDC cleaning standards.

The house has a Cuisinart Premium Coffee Maker that uses Kuerig Pods, as well as a regular coffee maker.

The garage and driveway have ample parking for at least 4 cars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Frisco vacation home over New Years. We were two families of four (eight travelers total), and both families had two children. This home provided ample space to both commune together and spend quiet time apart. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking great meals. My wife made the comment, “whomever owns this property must enjoy cooking.” Both the property owner and property manager kept good communication with us throughout the trip. Never overbearing and always willing to help. The two biggest highlights of this property in our estimation were 1) the quiet location within walking distance to Main St, and 2) the rooftop hot tub that provided amazing views of the surrounding mountainside and stars. Thank you for letting us stay at your property! We sincerely appreciate it.

Stunning mountain home with amazing views from the rooftop patio. We loved the hot tub, fireplace and all the bedroom space. The only downside wasthe missing screens on the main living level. Fantastic home, despite that.

Great stay!

The home was well kept, modern, and had all amenities. The fireplace next to the rooftop hot tub was a very nice touch. We had an issue with the hot water but the host provided compensation for the inconvenience which was satisfactory. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect home for our ski vacation

This home worked out perfectly for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out and do their own thing. Home was well decorated and well taken care of. The location was perfect for skiing at Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain with just a short drive to each. The owner was easy to get a hold of and helped us with an early check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family condo in Frisco

The condo came as advertised. Very well equipped, and perfectly laid out to accomodate our extended family and friends. We appreciated having two primary suites, one on the first floor off the kitchen and the other on the 2nd floor next to a bunk room which was perfect for young kids. The large basement room easily accomodated 3 guests. We've stayed in Frisco several times, and this was one of the best places we've rented.

beautiful large home. great views from the roof top with hot tub and fireplace. Really well equipped and furnished. Excellent location, walk to Main St. We would highly recommend this house. We were three couples and we each had an ensuite bathroom. Just a terrific place.

Frisco January 2024

My family of 10 had a great stay! The house was extremely nice and very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and the gas fireplace was a cozy place to watch the snow fall. We weren’t able to use the hot tub due to high winds but we did take in the amazing views from the rooftop deck! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely check availability on our next trip!

Perfect spot for any Summit County adventure

Perfect starting point for any Summit County vacation! The home is very well kept and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need; just bring the food. Downtown Frisco has several great food options within walking distance. Communication was beyond easy and we were very well taken care of. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun family adventure in Summit County!

Ski Trip/Bachelor Party. Huge Success Here!

I'm from the east coast. All I wanted for my bachelor party was to snowboard in CO with my best friends. This place made the experience a 10/10. Absolutely gorgeous home. Zero complaints about anything. The hot tub was very clutch after a long day on the slopes. The night life on main st. was very fun and was a short walk from this house. No ride shares needed. The bed in the downstairs master suite is a temperpedic. It's the most comfortable bed i've ever slept on in my life!! If you're from out of state, grab an epic pass and book this home for an unforgettable Colorado ski trip!

Terrible property management

Really nice house and would stay again if the upkeep of the property was five star. The hot tub was unusable, towel racks falling of the walls, toilets that wouldn't flush. Not acceptable. When I asked the management for a refund they told me to talk to the owner.

Beautiful home!

There is so much room here! With two master bedrooms, it could easily and comfortably accommodate two family’s
.plenty of extra space in the basement too! And another full bath down there too! That’s 4 full baths and 1 half bath off the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, the master on the first floor was a memory foam so if you don’t like that, I think the upstairs master bedroom wasn’t memory foam but my son said it was super comfortable. It was only my husband and I and our 15 year old son so way too much space but we just loved the idea of the hot tub on the roof! I strongly recommend Hacienda Real if you like Mexican food, and sunshine cafe in Silverthorne for an amazing breakfast!
