The Space:

This stunning home offers plenty of space and comfort across two levels. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, private balcony and large closet. There's also a convenient half-bath with a vanity located in the hallway right off the kitchen and living room. Continuing through the first floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing gourmet meals, a dining table with seating for 8 and additional bar stool seating.

Open to the living room, you will find a huge and comfy sectional sofa and 2 additional oversized club chairs to comfortably seat the whole family to binge watch your favorite show, have a family game night, or step outside to the covered deck right off the living room to enjoy an afternoon happy hour in the shade. The lower level also includes a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room.The second floor is home to three additional spacious bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms and large closets. Two of these rooms each have their own private deck and feature queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom offers two double beds, making it perfect for the kids! Outside you will find plenty of parking room under the house and in driveway for 3 vehicles and the golf cart. There is also a picnic table poolside which is in the shade for most of the day as well as a gas grill and plenty of poolside lounge chairs for working on your tan!

You'll also find yourself close to local shopping and a diverse selection of restaurants. Don't miss the new Surfside Beach Pier (March 2024), just a short walk away, for breathtaking views.



Getting Around:

For transportation, a luxe gas-powered golf cart is available for rent ($65/day for the 4-seater and $75/day for the 6-seater) offering approximately 140 miles of cruising on a single tank (gas included). You can add this feature in your guest portal after booking. This makes accessing the public beach easier. Alternatively, the beach access is a short walk, less than two blocks away. The property is conveniently located, just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber services are readily available, with estimated fares of $25-30 to reach the property.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
