The space

Main floor features an open floor plan with family room with high ceilings, dining area and kitchen. Dining area is set for 8 with additional bar stool sitting over the kitchen counter, well stocked kitchen, new appliances, keurig and coffee maker. Kitchen leads unto the fully screened covered side deck with cozy seating where you can enjoy drinks, meals, relaxation and lounging, overlooking the pool and making bonding memories. There is also a front deck with sitting to enjoy that cool ocean breeze.

The family room is equipped with a 65 inch 4K smart TV for your entertainment. Watch cable TV or stream your own Netflix or other network. 60-game arcade and board games are provided for the whole group to enjoy.
