OVERVIEW
Escape to a quiet granny with great view of Barwon Head and Ocean Grove. Equipped for your comfort with everything that is simple, uncomplicated, and practical. Only two minutes’ drive onto Geelong Ring Road, for easy access of the Freeway to Melbourne or Surf Coast, less than five minutes’ drive to Highton shopping precincts, and only 15 minutes’ drive to Geelong CBD. If you enjoy walking, the Barwon River and Buckley Water Falls are only 20-25minutes walk or less than five minutes drive.

THE PROPERTY
The granny is a two storey building attached to the main house. It has its own private entrance and an interconnecting door to the main house. For your privacy, this door will be locked and it is well insulated to block any noise from the main house and vice versa. However, we do not guarantee absolute soundproof. We will do our best to respect your quiet moment and we ask the same of you. The living area and kitchen are at ground level, and large bedroom with ensuite at the top level, so you will need to walk up and down the stairs.

You will access the private entrance to the granny by walking through the driveway to a locked side gate on the right hand side as you face the main building. A sidewalk through the locked gate leads to the private entrance door to the granny. You will have free on-street parking. Please do not park on the driveway.

You will have your own laundry space with washing machine, and access to outside clothes line. Indoor clothes rack is also provided. There is a dedicated workspace and there is a small backyard with garden (fenced) for your private relaxations in the early mornings and evenings.

On arrival, you will be provided complimetary essential amenities like soap, shampoo, dishwashing/laundry detergents, tea/coffee/full cream milk and sugar. There will be no ongoing supplies of these amenities for short stay. For long stay (1 month or more), we will replenish these amenities once per month.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will access the private entrance to the granny through the right sidewalk, past a glass sliding door (part of main building). This sidewalk may be shared occasionally with the host and other people (rarely to ensure your privacy).

Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located on the right hand side gate (as you face the property). Prior to your check-in (24-48 hours), details will be sent out with code to the key safe.

We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure you enjoy your stay with utmost pleasure. A high-level guest experience is of the highest priority to us.

OTHER INFORMATION
The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so we are confident you will enjoy your stay with peace and quiet. We do ask in reciprocal, that you respect the neighbourhood and abide by the designated quiet time rule.

We provides a full size kitchen with cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and a full size refrigerator.
