Regarding the grill, insurance regulations and HOA policies have changed significantly in recent years due to wildfire risk. Many communities in Summit County no longer allow grills because of the fire danger. While we can’t speak to why other units may still appear to have them, we will always follow current insurance requirements and HOA rules rather than risk safety or compliance issues. As for the hot tub, we’re sorry for any confusion. The listing notes that the hot tub is a community amenity rather than a private one. We try to be as clear as possible in the description so guests know what to expect. We also want to clarify a couple other points mentioned. The listing does state that there is no air conditioning — which is standard for homes and condos throughout Summit County — and that the building does not have an elevator. These details are included so guests can plan accordingly before booking.
