2 BR, 2 BA Premium Condo – Fantastic Frisco Location – Mountain Views – Sleeps 6!

It doesn’t get any better in Frisco: overlooking Main Street, within strolling distance to restaurants, shops and the ski shuttle, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Plus, the condo itself is charming, and you’ll love the rooftop deck and shared hot tub. This place will absolutely be a hit with your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is an ideal retreat for families and groups of up to six people — and with two bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share. The living area features inviting leather seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. It’s perfect for taking in the views while relaxing after a fun day in the mountains!

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful marble counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the cooking gear you’ll need when you’re not exploring Frisco’s exciting dining scene. There’s room for six at the dining table and two at the breakfast counter. Just outside, the rooftop deck features an outdoor dining table, a gas fireplace, a gas grill, and fantastic views of Frisco’s iconic Buffalo Mountain!

Other amenities include a desk/work area, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our size of family and we were impressed with the size of living area. The kitchen had eveything we needed to cook. The view was nice and we loved how we were right on Main Street! Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed it for three nights and then suddenly it was no longer hot. Bummer. Otherwise the place is great. We walked to dinner every night. Easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge and A Basin.

Great location

This place was the perfect location for our young family of 5 - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and local park. Very comfortable place with everything you need.

Reluctant to give out the secret on this place, because it might not be available next time we visit! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Location can’t be beat in downtown Frisco. Walk downstairs and you are basically at all the dining and shopping. Convenient parking included. The actual unit was spacious and worked great for our family of 4, which includes a toddler and an infant. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking. Plenty of towels and bed linens to stay cozy. Our toddler loves being a short stroll away from the playground. If you are traveling as a family highly recommend! Would also be great for a couple sets of couples.

Nice place in a great spot

This is a really nice place and you can't beat the location. I stayed for 4 days with my brother and nephew while we were in the area to ski. It's a great location between all the resorts (10 min to Copper, 30 min to Vail, 15 min to Breck). Frisco is a bit quieter than Breckenridge and less busy, but still has great options for food and fun. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. within easy walking distance. I'd definitely say here again when I'm back in the area.

Great Frisco Property

This is a beautiful property with a great location! The back deck was wonderful as was the weather. Issues: The property should have been cleaner. The dishes were spotted and the sinks, tub and stovetop needed more attention than they were given. The master bedding was spotted and should really be replaced. That said, I contacted the management company which offered to come out, but I declined the offer and just made adjustments on my own. The management co. was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, love Frisco, Summit Rentals is very friendly and responsive. Hot tub did not work all week and unfortunately the HOA is not responsive to have it fixed. Summit has no direct management of the hot tub or maintenance staff available to fix it. The condo needs a refresh.

Clean it up

The entry is disgusting. Looks like somebody threw up on. It smells like cat piss maybe vacuum the steps and wash the front door other than that place is great. Also, it’s about time for new bedding. My comforter look like it had fecal matter on it other than that, the place was nice.
