AWESOME Rental House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the BEST time in the Holiday House. Was very clean and comfortable for 12 adults. The open spaces on each floor were accommodating and great for our group to spend time together, while also having privacy with each bedroom having it's own ensuite bath. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Holiday House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great with a few little hicups. The kitchen ice maker was broken with a sign 'sorry for the inconvenience' - knowing guests were coming in that should be fixed. There was ice in the other little mini fridges in the house. One of the dishwashers in the main kitchen was not operational so made everyone use one sink and dishwasher in the kitchen. If you have multiple families it get a little tough. We paid off season prices - if it was the summer/normal price it would have been more of a problem. There is construction across the street. We had no problem with it until we left. We were loading the car and they were blowing horns and dust. They should be told to stop for 5 minutes while guests load their car if they see it. There was a female foreman standing in the street and she did nothing about it althought it was very obvious we were trying to just pack cars and get out of there. Getting a bunch of dust and dirt blown at us while we were leaving was not a pleasant end to the vacation.Otherwise a great setup for a family getaway.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being so understanding about the timing of your visit. We completely agree that a broken ice maker with a note already in place should have been repaired before your arrival that is something we will be addressing with the property team. The second dishwasher being out of service for a multi-family group is also a real inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with it. Your feedback about the construction dust on departure day is also well taken. No one should end their vacation being pelted with dust and noise while trying to load their car, and we will be sharing this with the appropriate team. You deserved a smooth and pleasant send-off after a great stay. We're glad it was a great setup overall and we hope to welcome your families back again soon!

There were eight of us, and the house had plenty of room so everyone was comfortable. It was super clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—close to restaurants and entertainment, which made it easy to enjoy our time off the water too.The team at Cinnamon Shores was easy to work with—quick to respond and very helpful. If we make another trip to the area, we’ll definitely book Holiday House again!

A bit pricy for us, but would likely do again because it was a perfect fit for our group. The kitchen is well setup for cooking and serving and plenty of utensils for service / eating. The elevator came in handy for the older folks in our group. Close to the beach, adequate parking nearby, one-car carport. Very nice.

The Best Family Location

We rented the Holiday House for a week long extended family vacation. It was the perfect house for our group of 20 adults. There was more than just sleeping room for 20...the house was made for big groups with bathrooms in each of the bedrooms along with half baths on each floor. There were nice sitting areas and balconies on each of the floors. There were two refrigerators and dishwashers and plenty of linens and dishes for all of us. Also it's part of Cinnamon Shores so we had access to all of the amenities there. Mustang Adventures had our golf carts delivered and chairs and umbrellas set up every day. We enjoyed the beach and the pool areas, and the boys fished in the surf and at the lakes inside of the resort. We also took advantage of the well equipped gym. Staying at Holiday House was the best of both worlds. It was like we were staying at a resort with all the amenities while also having our own home where we could all stay together. Perfection!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at this house. It is gorgeous! It was fully stocked with all the dishes you could need. The bunk room on the 3rd floor of our house was a hit! It was very close to the boardwalk and one of the pools. The pools and beach get crowded on the weekend but during the week they were perfect. One of the summer activities put on by Cinnamon Shore was canceled and there was no communication about it so that was a big bummer but otherwise we loved all of the events(popsicles and movie night). Cell phone service was poor throughout Cinnamon Shore but the Wi-Fi worked well when at the house. We had a great time!

We unfortunately experienced pretty poor customer service and likely won’t be back. We arrived at 4pm (check-in) but were told the home was not ready due to touch ups. We were still waiting 45 minutes later after driving over 7 hours. The crew at the house permitted us to enter and stay on the first floor while they finished. Upon entering we also learned that there was no WiFi (just at that house) and they were having trouble fixing it. Not a big deal at surface level but it was inconvenient as some in our party needed access for work. We called and went up to the front office to see if they would be willing to offer an accommodation for the inconvenience. We were told they were going to do multiple things to help make it right but ended up withdrawing everything they offered except a late check out. Frustrating. We had to stay on top of the staff to get the internet issue scheduled and resolved (just a software update). The last two nights, the home leaked significantly after storms (water pooled heavily on floors and dripped all over furniture, walls, etc. including on some of our belongings). You could see where it came through lights (living room) and down the walls. We were told multiple houses experienced leaks and the mgr that day was very disrespectful and unprofessional. They did come out to fix that next day but it leaked again (but less) that night. At check out we pushed one final time and finally received a benefit. Home was beautiful but svc was awful.
