Welcome to Ocean Therapy, the ultimate beachfront property!! This brand new modern, custom 3-story home is located in Island Park Estates in Port Aransas. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom 3800 sf home boasts unobstructed ocean views with huge decks off each level. The house has 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 double beds and 2 twin beds, and sleeps 18 comfortably. Take the private boardwalk down to the beach to fish, swim and relax. Come back to the house to enjoy the private pool and hot tub. Easily get a golf cart dropped off to drive on the boardwalk back and forth to the house. Massive living/kitchen/dining area, great house for large groups. Game room with pool table and full kitchenette attached to the pool deck. Be one of the first guests to enjoy this new custom-built home!

There was no expense spared to make this one of the best houses on the island. The beaches are less crowded than most areas in Port Aransas and the neighborhood is hard to beat.
