The Space:

As you step into this single-level home, the inviting living room welcomes you with a grey L-shaped sofa, TV, and split-system air conditioning—the perfect setting to catch up with friends. Wander further into the main living space, where another L-shaped sofa and TV invite you to stretch out and relax after a day of exploring.



Create delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a spacious bench with bar stools for two—an ideal spot for effortless meal prep, enjoying your morning coffee, or chatting while cooking. Gather around the dining table for four, or head outside to fire up the BBQ grill and indulge in an alfresco feast.



At the end of the day, retreat to one of the four air-conditioned bedrooms for a restful night. The primary suite invites you to relax in a queen bed, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite for added comfort. The additional bedrooms accommodate all guests, featuring another queen bed, a double, and a room with two single beds. The main bathroom offers a bathtub and refreshing shower to freshen up after a beach day. Maintain your laundry routines with an in-house washer and dryer.



At the back of the house, cool off in the sparkling pool or soak up the sun on loungers surrounded by lush greenery. Then, unwind with a cold drink at the bar nook and challenge your friends to a lively ping pong match under the sheltered patio. With free on-site parking for one vehicle in the driveway, you can explore the area with peace of mind.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Located in the heart of Trinity Beach, this home offers the perfect mix of coastal tranquillity and easy access to dining, shopping, and outdoor activities—all within a three-minute drive. Stroll along the golden sands of Trinity Beach or take in the stunning ocean views. Enjoy beachfront dining at Trinity Beach Tavern, known for its steaks, or savour Italian seafood at L'Unico. For other flavours, try Thai at YADA or fresh sushi at Sushi Raft. Kewarra Park Shopping Centre provides all your essentials just minutes away. Visit the local parks and playgrounds, including Centenary Park, where you can spot adorable wallabies in their natural habitat.

Airport: 19 minutes by car, or 50 minutes by bus (including a 10-minute walk).
