Designed by renowned architect Hal Levitt, a designer of some of the most significant Mid-Century modern residences, a number of which have been owned by famous celebrities. Known as "THE ELVIS HOUSE!", the story home was featured in the 1968 film "Live a Little, Love a Little" starring Elvis Presley. This home has undergone tremendous renovations since then, the home now included all the luxuries of a modern home while maintaining the integrity of its classic Hollywood origin.



The Space:

This one story home features high ceilings, a 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, with a skylight ceiling entrance hallway leading to an open floor plan living room, skyline porcelain tile floors, a green onyx fireplace with travertine trim, solid brass finishes, hand-painted Italian silk wallpaper, Murano antique light fixtures, stunning stonework, a new control 4 system, and custom furniture. The primary bedroom boasts ample concealed closet space, built-out walk-in closet, fireplace, sitting area, and direct pool access! Throughout the house you can enjoy a breathtaking views throughout the home with floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy a grand entertaining style with not only open views, but also a sunken bar sliding doors that open to the beautiful enormous outdoor patio, pool and abundance of lounge space to entertain friends and family.



Four well-appointed bedrooms include three king beds, smart TVs, and ensuite or Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, while the primary suite also offers a workspace and pool views. Outdoors, enjoy a pool, BBQ, dual fire features, and sweeping city skyline views designed for elevated indoor-outdoor living.

Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:

Exploring Los Angeles is best experienced with a vehicle, and as a guest of this villa, you’ll receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Enjoy seamless car delivery directly to the property, concierge-arranged airport transfers, and access to a curated fleet including Cadillac Escalades, convertible Mercedes models, Rolls Royce Dawn, and Lamborghini Urus vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Please contact our team prior to booking and do not submit a reservation request before speaking with the Home Manager. Depending on the booking platform, supplemental terms and credit card processing fees may apply and must be completed prior to check-in.



In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.



1) No parties or visitors are permitted at the property. To comply with local regulations and protect our rental permit, all reservations require a guest list and government-issued IDs for all adult guests. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.



2) Pets: Please note that there is a one time $200 pet fee per reservation.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar products are permitted inside or outside the property. Located in a high brush fire zone, the home is equipped with hypersensitive smoke detectors that may automatically notify the fire department if triggered. Any violation resulting in a false alarm may incur a $500 fee.



4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.

If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.



6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am

Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.



7) Do not have glassware near the pool or spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Additionally, keeping the glassware away from these areas has three benefits: (1) it helps keep the pool/spa functional and clean, (2) it prevents you from having to pay for any damages, and (3) it helps prevent injury. So, please use our plasticware to acquire the three benefits and let us know if the kitchen does not have the plasticware. Lastly, please do not throw away the plasticware because they are not disposable. Please just wash them by hand and store them away.



8) If you want the pool to be heated, then it will cost $100 per day of your reservation. So, for example, if your reservation is 4 days and you want pool heating, then we will send you a $400 fee request. The pool heating fee is all or nothing.



9) Day of Arrival:

During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.



10) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.



When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



11) Parking:

Available on the street as well as in the 2-car garage.



12) Pre Stocking:

Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.



13) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



14) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.

Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

Cleanliness: We take cleaning seriously, with every home thoroughly deep cleaned between stays. Guests can expect white hotel-style linens, plush towels, toiletries, and well-stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Our enhanced cleaning protocols include disinfecting high-touch surfaces, washing all linens and towels after every stay, and detailed sanitation procedures that exceed CDC standards.



This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
