This family friendly property is nestled down a short private road close to everything you need in the heart of Mahia township.

With a large north facing covered in deck you can unwind and relax while soaking up the all day sunshine ☀

Mahia offers stunning beaches with some of the best fishing,diving,surfing, rock pool fossicking and safe swimming for the children.

You can take a short stroll to the beach or local Sunset point bistro bar for a snack.

We had a lovely, homely stay.Lovely views to the Mountains. Very close to the beach. Kitchen well set up for all cooking/baking needs. Clean easy to use BBQ.Just don’t forget to take bath mats and hand towels. I was sorted for beach and showers but forgot bath mats. Local shop sorted us thou! All very friendly.

This property had everything we needed. Traveling with my sisters and brother In law. It was great we all had our own rooms. I'll definitely be coming back but I'll bring my husband this time. We all did the bike ride on the railway tracks. Good fun.

Beautiful house, perfect for the whole family. Walking distance to the beach. Well equipped at the house with everything you could need in the kitchen, very good heat pump, smart tv with Netflix and free wifi. Big deck with a new cover over the top would be amazing in the summer. Lovely overlook of a farm with cows

Quiet accommodation

Nice stay very clean but wasn’t aware we had to bring all our own bedding, towels and tea towels ect until our arrival email, not so pleased about that as it was 490 a night with fees, I expected to have better amenities like a dishwasher, heated towel rails this house is very basic for the price.

Great holiday soot

6 friends travelled down to Mahia for a surf trip. Place was perfect and great with the covered deck. Close to the pub/dairy and nice and private. Cool place that we would definitely book again.

Fully equip, comfortable and clean

My family and I stay in the house over the labour weekend and it was above a d beyond our expectations! Clean, fully equip, and so comfortable. I especially loved the small details thats made a huge difference to our stay, like containers for left over food, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, and baking paper and glad wrap. Very well thought of. A beautiful layout and cozy home. Highly reccommended..

Beautiful Bach

Such a lovely home, really well maintained & perfect for the whole family!! The place had all you need for a home. All you need to bring is food, towels, bedding & your family 😊 The area is amazing as well. Definitely hope to return real soon!!

I needed somewhere to care for our kuia who is not very well. Who hadn’t been home to Mahia for a long long time. Which would suit her. She had her own ensuite. The home was easy to access and clean. Very warm home there was heating provided for the chilly mornings. Beautifully presented. We were comfortable especially our Kuia.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property is in an awesome location with stunning views out onto a farm. Plenty of space for the family and really cosy. Would definitely recommend staying here

“Tucked away Gem”

Clean and tidy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom place. House provided enough comfortable space for our family group of 7 + boat + 2 vehicles. Lovely deck to enjoy the views into the countryside! Beach and boat ramp only short stroll away!!!

Ideal for a family

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Lovely comfortable place, private and quiet but still easy walking distance to the beach. Heaps of room inside and out and has everything you need for a home away from home. Will def book again!

This is a great place to stay, the bach is a absolutely fantastic 10 out of ten. The rooms are stunning and so comfortable and the location is great. Our workers needed to stay two nights to do a job in Mahia. Hayley worked with us to make it happen with ease. Thanks so much.
