The Space:

Step inside and be greeted by high-raked ceilings, exposed timber beams, and an inviting open-plan design. The main living area boasts Chesterfield sofas, a large smart TV, and ample space to relax. A second lounge provides a zone for the kids to enjoy their own shows, while the upstairs loft offers video games, an office corner, and access to a private balcony with fresh coastal breezes.



The kitchen and dining area are designed for big gatherings, with a fully equipped main kitchen featuring modern appliances, a coffee machine, and plenty of prep space. A second kitchenette provides added convenience, and the spacious dining areas make mealtimes easy. Flowing effortlessly outside, the alfresco space is made for entertaining, with two BBQs, outdoor dining, and a fire pit available in the winter months.



For fun-seekers, the detached games room is packed with entertainment, featuring a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, and beach gear for endless adventures. The backyard is fully enclosed—perfect for pets—while an outdoor shower and fish prep station add a practical touch for beach lovers.



After a day of adventure, unwind in one of six inviting bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort. The primary suite on the ground floor offers a plush king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite for a restful retreat. Also downstairs, two stylish king bedrooms and a cosy twin room with two single beds share a spacious main bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Upstairs, the loft king bedroom provides a tranquil hideaway, while the loft twin bedroom features two single beds and private balcony access. A third bathroom and a fully equipped laundry add extra convenience, ensuring a seamless stay.



With air-conditioning in the main living areas, ceiling fans in all rooms, and ample parking space for a boat and trailer, Osprey Retreat is the perfect coastal getaway, offering space, style, and relaxation just moments from the ocean and convenience of town.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Nestled just 300m from the calm, clear waters of Geographe Bay, this home is a dream for beach lovers. Stroll along the sand, take the kayaks for a paddle, or simply soak in the breathtaking scenery. Dunsborough town is a quick 2km drive or scenic walk away, offering boutique shops, trendy cafés, and some of the region’s best restaurants.



For adventure seekers, Meelup Beach, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, and Ngilgi Cave are all within a short drive. Wine lovers can explore nearby wineries like Wise Wine and Happs, while families will love the bike trails, wildlife encounters, and coastal walks that make this area so special. With everything from gourmet dining to outdoor adventures at your doorstep, Osprey Retreat puts you in the heart of it all.



Getting Around:

Parking: Parking space is also suitable for a boat and trailer.



Airport: 30 minutes by car.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.





A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
