Find your snug in the center of Kingston! This beautifully designed apartment offers a stylish and comfortable stay, perfect for business, exploration, or relaxation. With modern amenities and a prime location, it’s your ideal stay for a comfortable and memorable experience.

You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a 32` Samsung TV, while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50` Hisense smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car with a clearance height of 2.1 metres. Additional street parking is available on Kennedy & Leichhardt St (2-3 hours free) and Dawes St (30 minutes free).

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Your keys are located off-site at `The York Apartments - 31 Giles St, Kingston` – 500 metres from your accommodation.

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

Location was perfect for restaurants on the foreshore. Apartment was clean & tidy, with essentials.Instructions to garbage area was a little confusing, had to ask another tenant in the building.Only part of initial booking, not happy with was being charged 136 cleaning fee. ??All in All Great stay

The apartment was wonderful but the collections and return of the keys spoilt our stay. My sister and l have been travelling the world over the past 12 years staying in apartments but have never had to return a key and take a photo to prove the return. If you could just leave the key in the apartment we would recommend you to all our friends.

Great little apartment in a great location. Parking in locked up undercover area. Easy to pick up keys and drop off. Apartment is small, but had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic. Only downside - beds and couch were quite hard, also would be good to have better pillows. Other than that, would highly recommend!

Property was clean, well appointed, quiet, and close to many cafes and shopping. It was difficult for us in our 80s to find and manipulate the lock box. There must be a simpler solution. Management could not repair the smoke alarm nor sort out malfunctioning power points in the 5 days we were there.
