Lovely location on a splendid small lake of clear, pure water. The cottage is cozy, comfortable and well-equipped. We swam and paddled our canoe in Cronk Lake and beyond.

Everything about this rental was exactly as described. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, screen-free getaway I would highly recommend it. The lake is beautiful and the cottage is located close to a provincial park with lots of hiking options.

The place has all the basics and is conveniently located for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessary supplies. Thank you for the honey that turned out to be so handy. We liked the place last year and therefore we came again and the host appreciated it by giving a bonus related to the bedding and was flexible with our move out time as cottage wasn't booked immediately after our stay. Thank you so much. We are considering to be back again next year.

Very clean cottage with great swimming and good fishing for bass. Cottage is average size with two bedrooms and a small bathroom but very large sitting room area with two couches and 3 chairs. No wifi and no tv so bring some books or other things to do. Great sunset views through the pines and nice breeze from the lake makes up for the lack of AC.

I had a wonderful 3 nights/days at this cottage. The lakeside wooded location is beautiful and so restorative. Loved the classic cottage feel, complete with vintage furnishings. I really appreciated how clean and organized the cottage was. Hope to rent it again next summer.

Relaxing Getaway

A refreshing environment to recharge and disconnect. We loved the lake, balcony and hiking trails nearby. Lots to explore in the local Frontenac area. The BBQ and full kitchen made things super easy and provided everything we needed and more. The cottage itself is cute and the private walk down to the lake serene. Overall a great a place to relax.

Restorative respite

We stayed at this lovely cottage and had a wonderful, relaxing time before we were called home early due to a family emergency. The host was exceptionally compassionate and generous and refunded us for the portion of our stay that we missed. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Exactly as advertised. This cabin and property is beautiful. Everything was immaculately clean and organized. The cottage was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, cutlery, cookware, towels, blankets, and games. They even had a water cooler! Everything we could possibly need was taken care of. We had an incredible time paddling on Cronk lake and fishing off the dock. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful cottage. We are so grateful and hope to get the opportunity to stay here again.

Beautiful property, peaceful relaxing, private, amazing view from the back deck. Everything you need to make dinner, or BBQ. No service or internet but it's good to unplug for a few days. Pictures don't do it justice, the inside is much larger than we initially thought. Swimming off the dock is easy as well
