On the Marina side of the island, you're just a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes on Front Street. You're also within walking distance of the renowned Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Outdoor space.
Relax on your unique indoor/outdoor BBQ entertaining area, which has an outdoor dining setting for eight people. This enclosed area includes plantation shutters that you can close in cooler weather, or open right up in warmer weather to let in the sea breeze.

Family-friendly.
Flowing over one level, and with three bedrooms, this apartment is ideal for a family. There are just ten steps up to the front door of the apartment.

Pool.
Guests have access to the shared Oasis lagoon pool.

Views.
Enjoy beautiful views across the garden and native bushland.

Rooms.
There are three bedrooms. The master has a King bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 single beds – ideal for children.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes self catering a breeze.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
