The open plan kitchen has a large granite bench top and a wine fridge for storing your supply of wine for your evenings, after a busy day taking in the sights of Christchurch.

On ground floor you will be amazed by the size of the open plan kitchen dining with a large table for dining.
A 65 inch TV and a nice comfy leather couch gives you the ability to be able to relax and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a glass of bubbly.
Our ranch slider door opens to a sheltered courtyard.

On second floor we have 3 bedrooms the master has a ensuite with a larhe shower.
Rlax at night in your King bed with hotel standard 5 star linen .
The 55 inch TV is great for watching your favourite programmeThe second bedroom as a queen size bed with a good size wardrobe.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds

These 2 bedrooms have a bathroom with a large bath.

The whole apartment is for your use.

I do not live nearby but am available by mobile or text between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Good idea is to text me as I maybe on the mobile.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
Please note our cleaning fee includes linen.
