You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, only a 5 minute drive to the city, and a 10 minute drive to the beach!



Situated near a park and the beautiful Heathcote river, this is a spacious, traditional and warm home.



Your own home away from home, it offers a comfortable space, with everything provided. Private and secure with a separate entrance, and a 24 hr lockbox for late/early/self check in.



FREE WIFI and Netflix, and near the bus stop.



Our home is warm, traditional, quiet, private and spacious. A 1908 villa, it's close to the city, an easy drive to the beach and access to other areas of Christchurch.



Walk to transport and shopping essentials.



There is a separate private entrance and 24 hr lockbox for early/late/self check in and out.

Comfortable beds with quality linen and towels provided.

Warm (or cool) air with three heat pumps/aircons.

Modern bathroom with toiletries provided.



A well equipped kitchen, microwave, oven and stove top, fridge, cooking equipment, espresso coffee machine, steamer and rice cooker. There is also a separate butler's pantry/walk in pantry.



Free WIFI and Netflix.



Family friendly - we provide a portacot, high chair, games and toys, and parks with playgrounds nearby.



Outside deck with a gas bbq, and seating area available for use, and an awesome hammock on the front deck.



On street parking (only) available right outside the house.



Set on the front of the property, and separate to our home. Ample on street parking available. Can leave car by arrangement if travelling.



We like to give our guests the space to enjoy their holiday, so we'll minimize any in-person contact or check-ins. However, we're always available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay.



We value our home and we do expect guests to be considerate and leave the apartment clean and tidy.

No smoking inside.

Be aware of cooking smells and open windows.

Please do your dishes or put in the dishwasher.

Also leave wet towels in the bathroom. Thank you.

The house was comfortable and roomy. We were centrally located to the local restaurants and sites. The views from the house were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were able to check in earlier than stated time as house ready and prompt communication back from owner when asked if possible. Very clean & tidy. Found location a bit further out of town than expected. Listing didn't state there was 2 other accommodations close on the same site which wasn't a problem but just unexpected.

The area met all our expectations, it was just a few minutes drive from the city, very quiet place, clean rooms and our boys enjoyed watching smart tv with good wi-fi coverage. We appreciated the clear and friendly communication with the property owner.

House was very clean and it was a seamless check in and out process. Kitchen was pretty well equipped with just a few things needing attention. Nice shower and beds were comfortable. Outdoor space was lovely, just neeeding a bit of TLC. Nice quiet street with bus link to city close by.

Beautiful Villa is a beaut

We had a lovely stay in this very warm and comfortable house. Bonus that I could charge my EV over night! This really was a huge bonus. I recommend this bach.

Christchurch Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed our stay in the house. Everything we needed except the Roll out Single bed had 1 wheel missing and the fold out legs weren’t working properly. So the Mattress went on the floor. Needs to be fixed for other families to stay. Other than that, we love Christchurch. Lovely walks along the river too.

Charming and very practical

We had a great stay at the villa which was very well equipped with touches like chargers in every room , super functional appliances and a fantastic espresso machine.The house was pristine, extremely clean.The area is lovely , very quiet with some beautiful walks around the house, a stone throw away from the city center. We will definitely come back!

What an amazing place. We visited here 14 years ago on our honeymoon. This time we brought our 11 yr old son with us. His first trip to St Croix and he was asking about the schools on day 2. Got a car rental/“stay left” so that allowed us to visit cool spots and truly best way to see the island…However I can say that if all I had done was cook food and hang out in and at your pool I would have been fine. We love Ziggys-best gas station ever. Visited the Buccaneer Hotel property restaurants and enjoyed their beaches with drinks. Ventured out for hike around Point Udall that’s gorgeous we loved it. Took a boat out to Beautiful Buck Island to snorkel and enjoy the beach. Walked the streets around the boardwalk in Christiansted probably every other day trying different lunch spots and feeding chicken bones to the Tarpons! At the end of each day we always got back in your pool. My son wants me to build a pool now and wants your couch. So comfy.David & Laurie you are extremely kind people that were always responsive when needed. Thank you for all the suggestions as it was a wonderful 9 day vacation. I’ll likely be booking each year going forward. All the best-
