A doggy door-accessible fenced, landscaped corner lot, an oversized screened back porch with separate eating and sitting areas, front screened porch and upper deck. Comfortable upholstered furnishings, hardwood floors and custom wainscoting throughout make this home warm and cozy. Other features include a separate laundry room, outside shower, enclosed yard with outdoor dining area with gas grill, and many other features. Limited storage permitted in attached garage for bicycles, beach accessories, etc. Complimentary Rehoboth Beach parking passes for use during your stay.
