A spacious front deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while listening to the ocean waves. A perfect addition for this ocean block home. The home is in a prime location, leaving you only steps to the beach and the boardwalk. Put your car keys away during your stay because your feet or bike can get you to where you need to go. The bedroom layout of the home includes 3 bedrooms on the second floor giving you privacy and quiet time from main living area, perfect for a longer stay with family or friends. The first floor has an open floor plan concept that is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of those you are vacationing with. The powder room on the first floor is ideal when children are sleeping upstairs and just plain convenient. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms include queen beds, the rooms are smaller in size, but all one needs for a stay at the beach. This is a non-smoking home. You have a private front and rear entrance. No elevator or lobby for those who have concerns about social distancing.
This home is pet friendly with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Only dogs are permitted, dog(s) must be under 25lbs and no more than 2 dogs per stay. Breed restrictions apply, dangerous breeds are prohibited.
Property does have assigned off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $158.50.

Well stocked kitchen (pans could be upgraded). So close to boardwalk! Having 3 br was amazing. Family room had seating for all. We loved the gathering space that is normally lacking in other 3br 2 bath units.

Our family (5 people) had a wonderful stay here. It is so close to the boardwalk and beach! Plus, it's on a residential street, so it was super quiet!Everyone had enough space to spread out when they needed and the kitchen gave us plenty of room for putting a few family meals together if we weren't dining out. (We also enjoyed getting coffee from Rise Up to use in the coffee maker.)From start to finish, our property manager/main contact was wonderful: always responsive and always helpful. Thank you, Bill!!!We would 100% absolutely stay here again.

The house was so nicely appointed, with everything we could need, and was neat and orderly throughout, well updated and equipped. It was a bit on the small side, but that worked just fine for the four of us who ended up staying there The location couldn't have been better, just half a block from the boardwalk. My husband and I enjoyed having a glass of wine on the front deck before dinner. We had, in short, a very happy stay.

The townhouse was beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for us, even when we were stuck inside on a rainy day. It was very easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk- we parked our cars in the private spaces and never used them during our vacation. The keypad entrance made it easy for our teens to come and go without us having to worry about sharing a key. We would highly recommend this property, and we look forward to renting it again in the future.

Bill was great to deal with for the rental. Unfortunately We were greeted by a kitchen full of ants within 3 hours of arrival. We put out bait traps and wiped everything down again but the next morning there were more. Floors, countertops, cabinets etc. Not a super clean rental and seems that there is food under the oven and sink keeping those ants fed. I'm glad we were only here 2 nights before moving to another house.
