Welcome to Seaside 101, your perfect getaway just steps from the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Nestled in the heart of Mid-Island, this beautifully appointed upscale condo offers a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and style—an idyllic retreat for families or friends seeking a relaxing escape. With a beachy look, this condo has unique wall art in every room! Also, the unique view from this "end unit" directly above the pool, not only gives beautiful views of the pool, but includes views of the Tiki Hut, BBQ area, shuffleboard, and beach. (You might also see Naples in the far distance!)

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a luxurious king bed in the master suite, two cozy twin beds in the guest room, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area for extra flexibility. The bright and airy ambiance creates an inviting atmosphere throughout, with a large 65" flat-screen TV in the living room and big screen TV's in both bedrooms. The master suite boasts a private ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and a walk-in closet for added comfort. The guest bathroom also features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, ensuring convenience for all guests. With a sliding pocket door not often found in Seaside condos of the past, this bathroom and guest bedroom can be closed off from the main living area for added privacy.

The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator and ice maker, flat-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, wine glasses, BBQ utensils for outdoor grilling on the Seaside grills, and all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meals after a day in the sun.

Step outside and enjoy the brand-new heated pool or unwind on your private lanai, the perfect spot for taking in stunning ocean views, sunrises, and sunsets. With direct beach access, the Gulf of America is right outside your lanai, knowing for 24/7, the sand and surf are always just moments away. You can walk to Publix or take the Trolly to either end of the island from the Trolly Stop across the street. Seaside 101 includes one covered, under-the-building, labeled parking spot for added convenience. We had a fantastic week at Seaside. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and breathtaking sunsets in the evenings. The beach was under restoration construction, but that didn’t bother our stay. It offered the perfect mix of fun and relaxation.

Great condo

Me and my friend needed a girls weekend. I came across this condo and it looked delightful. It did not disappoint. Very clean very stylish. Loved the screened in porch. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast. I had a couple of questions and reply was definitely quick. Thanks for a great weekend. 5 star rating.

Could be a 10 keep the riff raff off the property

Stayed 4 nights clean with the exception of lots of centipedes in the master bathroom at night. Reached out to mgt and was told it is just something they deal with. Saturday and Sunday night you could not go in the pool. It was a very large group of people that didn’t seem to be staying there that basically overtook the whole pool area. We were kind of upset because we were only there four days and we paid to be there. It was like they knew someone who had access to the establishment. Later, Sunday night they were in a room above us and they were very loud they were not there in the morning? It makes me think they were just using the room that evening we were afraid to say anything to anyone, didn’t want any trouble. The one pool gate doesn’t lock. Since our lanai overlooked the pool, it was not very relaxing for two days. You can have a beautiful accommodation, but if you don’t manage the property, it can ruin it for your other guests. The room was very cute very small bathrooms for two people with 2 small children it could work. The details/construction was nicely done.

A good property that will be better eventually

We stayed here for roughly a week in June 2025Pros:-Clean property-unit was beautiful and updated-Beach was nice and sandy-Publix was conveniently nearby-Loved how respectful they were to nesting sea turtles-easy access to the beachCons:-Especially on the weekend, it looks like locals use this as a parking lot to access the beach and use the pool. We had an incident where someone who was not staying at the property used our swim gear at the pool without asking. The pool gate is always open without a passcode.- When we checked in, they did not provide the proper code to our unit. We tried calling the emergency number as it was outside office hours, but that number is not active and did not work. Luckily someone read our voicemail and got us the correct code. However, a guest in another unit got locked out of their door later in the week and was unable to contact anyone for help, so it seems they need to review their emergency number.-Fisherman on the beach were pretty rude, casting lines right next to children playing in the water despite having plenty of room elsewhere. Safety didn't seem to be a concern for them.Also note that they are currently restoring the beach, so there are pipelines and heavy equipment moving throughout the beach. That was ok for us, we understand completely. But if you're looking for a complete beach, you may want to look elsewhere until hurricane restoration is complete.

Very clean and modern. Location on the beach was great! Pool was very nice and had plenty of chairs. Beds were firm and have plastic covering on the mattress so it took some time to get used to it.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and the view was worth every cent! Publix across the street was so convenient. If you’re looking for a calm laidback place, this is perfect. If you’re looking for a lot of action, not for you. For us, we would rather have cocktails on the balcony and listen to our own music. Went downtown a couple times, but couldn’t wait to get back to our little paradise! We would stay again!
