I grew up learning to ski with my family on Lake Lanier. We had so many happy memories of times spent in both winter and summer on Lake Lanier and I knew I wanted a Lake House as soon as I could find the right one. Once I saw Lakeside Lodge on Lanier, I knew it would be perfect for my family and grand children. I also want to share happy times with you when we are not using the home. This property has a Lodge Feel like being in the mountains, so you really feel like you are getting away and yet have all the fun of Lake Lanier. Lakeside Lodge has an open concept, so if you need to distance yourself from others you can, however you are still able to easily communicate and be a part of the gathering. This home also has many places to go for just quiet time away from everyone if you need the space, The front porch has a swing, the screened porch has a hammock as well as a separate sitting area, the office has a loft and area where work can be done if needed. The bedrooms are all separate from each other so you also have plenty of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked if you like baking and cooking and has a large island with barstools so you can have several people cooking and preparing with you. The Kitchen is completely open to the Great room so you are always able to communicate with others who are watching TV or enjoying the fireplace. Also you will never miss a sunset as you can see it from the kitchen, great room, dining area and 3 bedrooms in the home. The Lake is also visible all year round so you don't have to leave home to watch the boats go by on Bald Ridge Creek.
