With beautiful views of the lush forest and the sounds of the natural wildlife, this is one of the best properties to stay for a lake getaway. Large TVs, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, rainfall shower and a 2 story dock is just a few of the perks of staying at The Landing.
Each bedroom is specifically set up for guests to have the most comfortable stay. Extra pillows, cooling sheets, USB lamps, throw blankets, fans in each room and blackout curtains makes the most luxurious night's sleep. The Landing features 2 sets of full-size bunk beds. A chef's kitchen fully-equipped with all of the essentials is ready for your perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Landing has a spacious deck with a granite fire pit, grill, screened in porch and 2 dining areas to accommodate large groups of family and friends. A media room with games, books and an arcade game is perfect for the whole family! We feature a room specifically for "getting ready" equipped with a custom made vanity, large mirrors, a beverage cooler, and an instagramable greenery wall is perfect for selfies and getting ready before dinner or a big event.
Guests will have access to the entire property including the 2 story deck and 3 car garage.
The Landing is set in a residential neighborhood. We value our neighbors so we have quiet hours from 10pm-6am. Our dock is a short 2 minute walk behind the home. Signs are posted for easy directions. Parking is allowed in our 3 car garage and driveway, no street parking is available.
Having a car is necessary at The Landing. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. There is no public transportation nearby.
Camera Notice: there are exterior cameras covering all entry points to the house, front door, garage doors, both basement doors. There are NOT interior cameras or cameras facing the spa.
Noise Monitors: to ensure our property and neighbors are protected, there are two Minut noise monitors located in the living room and upstairs game room. The devices only measure the decibel level of sound and do not record or allow listening to sound.
