This amazing 10-bedroom, pet-friendly home features a private heated pool, hot tub, elevator, theater room, and pool table. This beautifully appointed oceanside vacation rental is designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable Outer Banks memories.

Located in the heart of the Tri-Villages on Hatteras Island, Summer Salt is just a couple-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning strolls along the shoreline, quick trips back for lunch, or sunset walks by the ocean. From the home’s upper-level decks, take in tranquil ocean views and refreshing coastal breezes. This Salvo rental is close to all things Outer Banks. Enjoy day trips to Ocracoke, Bodie Island, and Roanoke Island, visit iconic lighthouses, or explore the surrounding waters and charming Hatteras Villages.

On the first level, you will find two King En Suites and a den that doubles as a bonus arcade space, complete with Chexx Bubble Hockey and a deluxe 2–4 person arcade console loaded with over 3,000 games. This level also features a theater room, perfect for movie nights after a sun-filled beach day, along with a recreation area for friendly competition. Step outside to your private oasis with a heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and outdoor shower. An elevator provides easy access to all levels. You may never want to leave.

The second level offers six beautifully decorated King En Suites, each with a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

The third level is the heart of the home and where you will likely spend much of your time. It features a spacious living area, a large modern kitchen with barstool seating, and a dining area for the whole group. A convenient half bath is also located on this level. Step out onto the expansive decks to enjoy peaceful ocean views and take in stunning sunrises and sunsets. This level also includes two additional King En Suites, completing the home’s impressive sleeping accommodations.

Summer Salt is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
