Family vacation

Amazing sunsets and sound views from the back deck! The convince of the elevator for loading and unloading was a bonus since there are 3 floors. The house is beautiful and each room had its own bathroom which was great for our family which had 5 couples. The Beach access is a bit of a hike in the heat and not for individuals who can’t climb over sand dunes but there were plenty of beaches to drive to that had easier access. The pool more than made up for that and everyone really enjoyed it! The owners were prompt in responding to any questions/issues and helpful with tips on places around the area to see do and eat. Overall our family group which didn’t include children had a wonderful and comfortable stay here.

Love the place!

We loved our stay here! The only thing that I think could have been improved was maybe redoing the boards on the porches. There were a couple of loose boards moving when we walked and it felt unsafe. But the house itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves!

nice property, great view but definitely showing its age. needs outside maitanence and updating inside especially bathrooms. was very clean and owner was very responsive

My family and I stayed here for a few days and everything was amazing. The sunsets over the sound are beautiful and the beach is a quick walk.

Salvo Beach

The house was beautiful and had an amazing view. The pool was huge and hot tube was wonderful for nighttime star gazing! The rooms were very spacious and kitchen was fully stocked. The location is perfect to watch kite surfing and in good range of food, shopping, and activities. Check in and check out was so great! Would definitely come back!!

Absolutely Perfect

We had a group of 6 friends stay at this beautiful home. We had and amzing time. There was plenty of space for everyone and we each had our own bathroom, which was a huge bonus. The location was perfect. There were restaurants and shops nearbye and we had an easy walk out to the water. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the hot tub was amazing. I would absolutely stay here next time we were in town. The hosts were so nice and incredibly responsive. There was nothing more I could have hoped for.

Girls Trip

This property was super spacious and in a great neighborhood. Close to some really great beaches both sound and ocean side. We loved the hot tub! & the sunsets off the back deck were absolutely amazing!!!!

Stay on the bay

Thanks to the owners, Tami and Walter, for sharing your great property on the bay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time together on the outer banks. Surfing, boating on the bay, kiting, biking, playing games, etc. The great location, the wonderful weather, fantastic sunsets from the upper deck, the pool, hot tub, game room, sound system, etc. all contributed to an enjoyable experience!

Everything from location, cleanliness, space, furnishings, beach access, and owner responsiveness was extraordinary! Definitely recommend, we will be back. Great week in Salvo.

This property was perfect for my group of 13. The bedroom configuation was great allowing for privacy and the private bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals. The views of the Sound and Sunsets were spectacular. Our host, Walter was responsive to our every need. And best of all, the weather was beautiful.

Sunsets On The Sound

Great stay with beautiful views of the sound. The place was clean and the host was responsive and flexible. Furnishings were very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Good place for kiting with interesting shore features and channels close by.
