Close to many Brantford amenities, this is the perfect space to enjoy a weekend getaway, family visit, work-from-home set up and much more!

The Copper Flat is located on the upper-floor of a century-old duplex. It can be entered through the front main entrance of the home, leading into an open entryway and staircase. Upon climbing the staircase you end up in the open-concept hallway connecting the 2 bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed (firm), side tables, large dresser, reading chair, small closet, office desk, mirror and tv.

The secondary bedroom includes a double bed (medium firm) and side table.

The living area includes a 3-seat couch, accent chair, coffee table, side tables, bistro dining table + 2 chairs, media unit, tv and plant stands.

The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, small appliances (ie. toaster, blender) and fully-stocked cookware and dishware. General condiments are provided for all guests.

The bathroom includes a toilet, small vanity and large bath/shower combo. Full linen set is provided.

Guests will enjoy fully-private access to The Copper Flat, an upper-level unit within a century-old duplex which is owner-occupied. The backyard is a shared space with the host and is available for use upon request.

We pride ourselves on experience. We do not require you to go above and beyond with your check-out process. All we ask is that things are kept relatively tidy and that any dishes used are washed. We take care of everything else for you! No need to gather all used linens/towels or take out the garbage... we take care of that for you! Just pack up and head out!
