This newly renovated 4.5 star heritage home is in a prime downtown Charlottetown location and we have 3 rental units on the property, one on each floor. We are walking distance to city center, Victoria Park, many great restaurants, theatre, shopping, city transit, night-life activities and coffee outlets.

Located amongst many beautiful heritage homes it’s charm and spectacular view is hard to find in a city. You will find many wonderful things to enjoy, all within walking distance of Victoria Park and the downtown. Electric Charger on the property.

This absolutely lovely property is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable and memorable stay. It backs on to the harbour with a beautiful garden area in the backyard and is hosted with warm and helpful hospitality. The view is amazing! Our host/hostess were beyond pleasent kind and helpful when you walked into the Gladys suite the energy and the views from the gigantic pictures windows were fabulously breathtakingly perfect. As we sat at the kitchen table watching cruise ships passing by going to dock.The bed and pillows were marvelously wonderful we recommend this beyond 5 stars if you ever get the chance to experience this lovely perfectly Gladys suite do so we highly recommend it. We for sure will be return customer.

The accommodations, location and hosts were all exceptional. The unit was very clean, had more than everything we needed, was within walking distance of lots of local attractions and places to eat, and had an excellent view of the water. The rooms were well decorated and very comfortable and quiet. The yard was also open to use and the gardens were immaculate. Our hosts Myrtle and Vaughn were very welcoming and easy to contact. They also invited us to their Canada Day celebration to watch the fireworks in the park, virtually next door to them. Without a doubt, if we return to PEI we will be looking to see if we can stay here again.

The Gladys suite is a sweet as it sounds! Couldn’t ask for a better view from the large windows in both the sitting room and the bedroom. It contains all the amenities you need for several days of stay on the island. We had an issue with the shower that the owners attended to immediately as evidence of their care for both their guests and their lovely home. The garden is spectacular and so is the walking path along the bay! We would definitely come back to the Gladys on our next trip to Charlottetown.
