Three bedroom unit. The master bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite. The other bedrooms have built in robes. The unit is modern and well furnished with new appliances, free WiFi and lots of room to relax and unwind. Geelong township is a 5 minute drive whereby you can access the famous Geelong Waterfront, shop 'til you drop or experience any number of amazing restaurants, bars and clubs. There is a lot to do in Geelong, the second largest city in Victoria and we think you will love staying in our unit.

The unit was brand new which was lovely with plenty of space for the family. Its location was convenient to Geelong which was really handy as we ate out most nights. The beds had new linen which I always appreciate.

We had an excellent stay! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great amenities that made everything comfortable and convenient. The furniture was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the evaporative cooling on those hot days! Communication with the host was fantastic—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Please read to the END - Worst Place Ever - Look at PhotosThe host was most definitely inattentive - zero follow up after concerns raised re: cleanliness of mattresses/linenThe Story Goes -- Had to have the owner come and meet us as no lockbox for keys - trying to arrange access on day of check-in-All linen and mattresses were vile filthy - contacted owner who sent cleaner who assured us clean, just old and stained. Cleaner and us were disgusted when we pulled back the sheets and removed mattress protector. Absolutely filthy and stained. Photos attached - please view. Kitchen - cups so old/used they were completely scratched, white porcelain turned grey. There was not one thing it that kitchen we did not wash before using.Bathrooms - clean, but only one small hotel soap across 2 bathrooms and toilet room.No Basics that are normally provided at these places - tea/coffee/hairdryerUnfortunately, due to Christmas we were unable to find anything else in our location (or budget after already paying 1400) for the whole week of Christmas.....SOLUTION: We went to Harris Scarf and bought new sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, and cups. It was a health hazard (I promise - no exaggeration). It was very disappointing for what was meant to a special family Christmas. We strongly recommend Stayz to remove this listing from their site, and prohibit owners from listing any of their properties on Stayz. LOOK AT PHOTOS - NO EXAGGERATION!

Guests were met on site at the time of their choosing to provide the keys and address any immediate concerns. Further to this, a direct contact number was provided should they require anything during their stay and this was not utilised once. The beds were well made however, a complaint was made, we attended to this issue within half an hour and changed the beds with brand new sheets. In regards to cleanliness, everything was cleaned. Some items within the unit are not brand new. We attended their complaints within half an hour and addressed all of their concerns please see the video of the unit to be posted shortly.
