The house is conveniently located near the Geelong CBD, its waterfront, GMHBA Stadium as well as any town or tourist attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast.
This contemporary, charming home is fully equipped to cater to both leisure and business trips on the Bellarine Peninsula. Nestled away from a peaceful road, the single-storey residence is located within a 7-minute drive to the Geelong Waterfront and CBD, a 10-minute drive to GMHBA Stadium, a 15-minute drive to the Spirit Of Tasmania Quay, and a short distance to all towns within the peninsula. Peaceful neighbours and a small reserve adjacent to the backyard provide a serene atmosphere for your stay.
The heart of this delightful home is its open-plan living, dining and kitchen area; the epitome of modern living, provided with all essential amenities necessary for indulging in great meals or for a relaxed movie night on the 65" smartTV, equipped with built-in Chromecast to stream all your favourite apps.
