Conveniently located. Close to restaurants and Crystal Bridges (easy walking distance). The unit was clean and well-stocked. Owner was easy to reach and always helpful!

Poor management. I notified immediately [Saturday arrival] that the elevator was not in good working condition in that I was unable to open the door on the 2nd floor without slamming my full body weight into the door. Further I emphasized my age [75] and physical challenges with my back and knee. I was told the onsite property manager would come by either Sunday or Monday. This never happened as I assumed they would have left a note if we were not there. So due to the weekend we adjusted to not using the elevator to access the 2nd floor[kitchen- living area] and as an example we took our groceries to the 3rd floor and carried them down to the 2nd floor kitchen. Sure enough I had problems during Wed nite and had to get from the 3rd floor to the first and barely made it to the first floor without injuring myself. On our departure day the 2nd floor door would not open at all and this made moving our stuff more difficult than it should have been. Aside from the elevator the place was in good shape we enjoyed our stay.

If you purchase the Blake Street add on beware that closing at 10 PM doesn’t mean you can use the Hot tub or pool or gym that late. We paid around 180 only to find out the amenities we wanted were not available to us after dinner. Misleading and no offer to make this poor communication good. No discount, % refund or gift cards …zippo! Not cool!

Bentonville MtB vacay

This was a great location ! Easy walk to town and slaughter pen trails out the door .The apartment was spotless and well appointed . The hosts were available as needed . We would definitely stay here again

I was very pleased with the property's location to downtown and all the restaurants and most importantly the mountain bike trails were right out the door. The garage had a great set up for parking our bikes and the mudroom for our cycling gear. It was just my adult son and myself so we each had our own master suite. The kitchen was large and the pour over coffee set up was a nice surprise. Our host responded to all my questions very quickly. It was easy to rate this five stars and when I come back next year this will be the first place I will look to to book. The only issues with the property might be parking as the garage is tight to fit a car and bikes and street parking is somewhat limited.
