The church that owned the building could no longer afford its upkeep, and it was scheduled to be torn down.
A Remarkable Move
In January 2024, with much fanfare and many spectators, the entire three-story building was carefully moved across the streetânow sitting proudly between the road and the Petitcodiac River.
Restoration and Renewal
By July 2024, the building was placed on its new foundation, and we began the exciting journey of renovating the 80-year-old structure.
A New Beginning
In July 2025, after a full year of dedicated restoration, we proudly opened our doors for businessâbreathing new life into this historic gem.
