Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5â7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.
Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate âhens/bucksâ events or âschooliesâ bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.
Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
