Getting Around:

Getting around Shell Cove is convenient with a range of transport options. The nearest train station is Shellharbour Junction, offering direct services to Wollongong, Kiama, and Sydney via the South Coast Line. Premier Illawarra buses operate local routes connecting Shell Cove with nearby suburbs, shopping centres, and beaches.

For air travel, Shellharbour Airport offers regional flights (primarily to Melbourne), while Sydney Airport is the closest major airport—around 1.5 hours by car or approximately 2 hours by train.

Taxis, rideshare services like Uber, and car rentals are also available in the area for added convenience.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.



Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



All bookings are subject to the guest’s full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.

Great stay. Short walk to Cafe and shops. The house is on a busy street so there is a fair bit of road noise. Also you have access to garage for parking but no remotes provided so can be a small hassle opening and closing the garage.

Perfect location.

Would recommend this property to everyone. Great location with a short stroll to cafes,bottleshop, supermarket, waterfront tavern and more. We had everything we needed within walking distance. House was exactly as advertised. Like new condition. Very comfortable as we were a group of 7 adults. Would stay here again. No hassle checkin with great communication. Shellharbour/Shellcove is a beautiful place to stay.
