The Space:

The light-filled living area invites you to stretch out on the sofa and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Sliding doors open onto the private balcony, where sweeping Coral Sea views take centre stage. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the water or wind down with a cook-up on the Weber BBQ as the evening light shifts across the coastline.



The modern kitchen is well equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners, with ample pantry storage and practical appliances to make meal preparation simple. The adjoining dining area offers a welcoming place to come together over meals or plan the next day's adventures. An additional outdoor courtyard provides extra space to step outside, complete with bistro seating for casual drinks.



Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with king beds, soft linen and storage for your belongings, offering a restful place to recharge after a day exploring the Whitsundays. The second bedroom's king bed can be split into two singles on request, making the sleeping arrangements flexible for different groups. A double sofa bed in the living area provides further sleeping options. The bathroom is designed for everyday comfort, with fresh bath towels provided for your stay.



For added convenience, the apartment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, Smart TVs and private laundry facilities, making it equally suited to short escapes and longer holidays. A starter supply of essentials helps you settle in, while free parking and self check-in via a key safe make arrivals straightforward.



Please note that there is currently a house under construction two doors up from this unit.

Free parking is available at the property, making it easy to explore Airlie Beach and the surrounding Whitsunday region by car. Local buses connect Airlie Beach with nearby Cannonvale and Shute Harbour, while taxis and airport transfers offer convenient alternatives. Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) is approximately 40 minutes away by car, with shuttle services available to Airlie Beach. For island adventures, ferries and tours depart from Port of Airlie and Coral Sea Marina.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night).
