Your suite is equipped with an alarm system, but it is not armed during your stay. Central LifeBreath HVAC system replaces all inside air every ~8 hours. Host lives upstairs. A Welcome Card with some helpful information is in the kitchen. Bedding and pillow for the sleeper chair/pullout twin bed, and an extra blanket, are in the dresser in the second bedroom.

The suite and property are exceptionally clean. Guests are requested to please respect the check-in conditions during their stay. For stays of 28+ days, cleaning service is provided bi-weekly.
