We 4 ladies enjoyed a week here. It was in a great central location for visiting two National Parks. It’s surrounded by orange groves. The home is clean & comfortable. Our host provided everything we needed. Nearby town of Woodlake was convenient for groceries and also has a cool Botanical Garden for a lovely morning stroll.

The house was very comfortable, clean and accommodating. We loved the full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry facilities. It was well decorated and well thought out. It was nice to have air-conditioning and fans. We loved the place.

The house was well organized. While the house appeared clean the floors were dirty and there is a roach problem. We saw live roaches everyday.

Thank you for noting that the house was well organized. We mop the floors before every new rental, though being located in the middle of an orange grove means some dust does tend to settle. As for the roaches, we've addressed this by increasing our pest control maintenance.

Perfect getaway for Sequoia and King's Canyon NP

The house was very nice, clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied which made meal preparation easy. There were five of us and everybody had plenty of room. Communication with the owner was flawless.We enjoyed our stay.

Checking in was super easy, the kitchen was full of equipment and spacious, overall the house is great, super clean upgraded smart space distribution. We loved staying there.

Very clean and well appointed house. Our family of four felt very comfortable and not crowded. The kitchen has all you need to make your meals, including a blender and an insta pot; we didn’t use the grill but saw they had all supplies needed for grilling a meal. The home is a perfect location for Sequoia and also a quick 20 min drive to Visalia for any needed supplies or food.

This property was very clean. The beds were comfortable, but we wished we had more choices for bed pillows. We enjoyed seeing all citrus trees in the area.

Everything I wanted for my family

It was the perfect location for my family and our activities. We took in Kings Canyon and Sequioa National Parks. The house was beautiful, clean and newly remodeled. It contained everything that we needed. We could have stayed for a month.

Host/3rd party management co was responsive but we had some challenges. Note on frig indicated ice maker didn’t work when it should have said the ice “dispenser” in the door didn’t work. The property is interesting in that it is situated in a working orange grove. It’s understandable that a working farm has unwelcomed pests occasionally. Let property manager know pest services needed to be called to check out the attic above the primary bedroom. The host/manager did extend a partial refund accordingly, and I feel sure all the problems were timely addressed after we checked out.

The kitchen is lacking in good cookware, everything i tried to cook would stick to the 1 and only large pan they had. The windows in the master bathroom allow for a lot of small insects to come through at night time. The bathroom was covers in insects, had to keep the door closed and not ise it at night. The ad had stated it was only 30 minutea to sequoia national forest but that is not accurate, it is at least an hour and thats only to tue entrance point. However it was kept clean and the owner was responsive.
